Ing. Aktu\u00e1lne sa FM ned\u00e1 \u0161tudova\u0165 ako samostatn\u00fd odbor. \u010co je potrebn\u00e9 urobi\u0165 aby i tento segment dostal viac priestoru na vysokej \u0161kole, na STU?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Facility management ako tak\u00fd u\u017e je zaraden\u00fd do vyu\u010dovacieho procesu, je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou viacer\u00fdch predmetov, ktor\u00e9 absolvuj\u00fa nie len t\u00ed \u0161tudenti, ktor\u00ed by chceli pracova\u0165 v\u00a0tejto oblasti, ale \u0161tuduj\u00fa ich aj \u0161tudenti pripravuj\u00faci sa na in\u00e9 profesie, napr. bud\u00faci projektanti a\u00a0mana\u017e\u00e9ri stavieb. Na\u0161i \u0161tudenti tak absolvuj\u00fa \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1ber predmetov,\u00a0s\u00fa pripravovan\u00ed na viacero profesi\u00ed a m\u00f4\u017eu sa uplatni\u0165 pr\u00e1ve aj v\u00a0oblasti FM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co vid\u00edte ako hlavn\u00fd d\u00f4vod, \u017ee n\u00e1m ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa odborn\u00edci, a\u00a0to nie len v\u00a0segmente FM? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">N\u00e1m nech\u00fdbaj\u00fa odborn\u00edci iba v\u00a0FM, ale v\u00a0mnoh\u00fdch oblastiach. U\u017e nieko\u013eko rokov nevieme uspokoji\u0165 dopyt praxe po na\u0161ich absolventoch. Zhor\u0161en\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu vid\u00edme cez po\u010dty \u0161tudentov ak\u00e9 sme mali pred 12 &#8211; 15 rokmi a\u00a0ak\u00e9 m\u00e1me dnes. H\u00fdbeme sa na polovi\u010dn\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010c\u00edm je to dan\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Ke\u010f\u017ee demografick\u00e1 krivka ve\u013emi v\u00fdrazne padla, m\u00e1me menej potencion\u00e1lnych uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o\u00a0\u0161t\u00fadium, a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne m\u00e1me probl\u00e9m vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch oblastiach kde vychov\u00e1vame na\u0161ich absolventov, \u010di to s\u00fa stavby ved\u00faci, pr\u00edprav\u00e1ri, projektanti a teraz\u00a0je jedno \u010di hovor\u00edme o\u00a0oblasti statiky, technick\u00e9ho zariadenia budov, architekt\u00fary alebo inej. Absolventov je a\u017e kriticky m\u00e1lo. Situ\u00e1ciu zhor\u0161uje aj v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia konkurencia vysok\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l. V\u00a0ostatn\u00fdch rokoch za\u010dali \u0161tudenti vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 aj mo\u017enos\u0165 vzdel\u00e1va\u0165 sa v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Z\u00a0ekonomick\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska by sme mo\u017eno ani neotv\u00e1rali niektor\u00e9 \u0161tudijn\u00e9 programy, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdm m\u00e1me len m\u00e1lo \u0161tudentov, av\u0161ak nechceme tieto programy ru\u0161i\u0165 a presta\u0165 vychov\u00e1va\u0165 odborn\u00edkov pre ur\u010dit\u00fa oblas\u0165, ke\u010f ich prax potrebuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako to funguje v\u00a0praxi? Oslovuj\u00fa v\u00e1s konkr\u00e9tne spolo\u010dnosti oh\u013eadne bud\u00facich absolventov, popr\u00edpade iniciat\u00edvne pon\u00fakaj\u00fa projekty pre \u0161tudentov, do ktor\u00fdch sa vedia zapoji\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00c1no, u\u017e dlhodobo sa na n\u00e1s obracaj\u00fa firmy, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa z\u00e1ujem pon\u00faknu\u0165 prax \u0161tudentom v\u00a0kon\u010diacom ro\u010dn\u00edku. V\u00a0poslednom obdob\u00ed sa st\u00e1va, \u017ee niektor\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti pon\u00fakaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee alebo oslovuj\u00fa \u0161tudentov u\u017e aj v\u00a0ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edkoch, aby si ich u\u017e dopredu zaviazali, ke\u010f\u017ee nedostatok absolventov je cite\u013en\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pod\u013ea \u010doho sa \u0161tudenti v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou rozhoduj\u00fa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pod\u013ea lukrat\u00edvnosti ponuky a\u00a0pritom nemus\u00ed by\u0165 priamo z\u00a0oblasti zamerania ich \u0161tudijn\u00e9ho programu. A\u00a0toto ja vn\u00edmam ako hlavn\u00fd probl\u00e9m v\u00a0s\u00favislosti s\u00a0vytvoren\u00edm \u00fazko zameran\u00e9ho \u0161tudijn\u00e9ho programu napr. pre oblas\u0165 FM. \u00dazko zameran\u00e9 \u0161tudijn\u00e9 programy m\u00f4\u017eu odradi\u0165 potenci\u00e1lnych uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o\u00a0\u0161t\u00fadium z\u00a0d\u00f4vodu obmedzen\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed ich uplatnenia po \u00faspe\u0161nom absolvovan\u00ed \u0161t\u00fadia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ak otvorenie samostatn\u00e9ho odboru pre nov\u00e9 oblasti, ako je napr. FM nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 kv\u00f4li po\u010dtom \u0161tudentom, ak\u00e9 m\u00e1te rie\u0161enie v\u00a0pr\u00edpade, \u017ee by sa niekto chcel zamera\u0165 pr\u00e1ve na dan\u00fa oblas\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">My sme sa rozhodli pre in\u00fa cestu ako otv\u00e1ra\u0165 nov\u00e9, \u00fazko zameran\u00e9 \u0161tudijn\u00e9 programy. Na\u0161ou snahou je dosiahnu\u0165, aby na\u0161i absolventi neboli pripraven\u00ed iba pre jednu konkr\u00e9tnu \u0161pecializ\u00e1ciu alebo segment trhu. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Stret\u00e1vame sa \u010dasto s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee absolvent je pripraven\u00fd pracova\u0165 v\u00a0konkr\u00e9tnej vy\u0161tudovanej oblasti, ktor\u00fa vy\u0161tudoval, ale potom dostane in\u00fa lukrat\u00edvnu ponuku a\u00a0skon\u010d\u00ed \u00faplne niekde inde a bez patri\u010dnej pr\u00edpravy. Preto je aj pre \u0161tudentov lep\u0161ie, ak ich pripravujeme pre \u0161ir\u0161ie zameranie, aby mali viacej mo\u017enost\u00ed uplatnenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pl\u00e1nujete roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fa ponuku v\u00a0konkr\u00e9tnom \u0161tudijnom programe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Tak ako ste spom\u00ednali facility management ako jednu z oblast\u00ed, kde by prax potrebovala vychova\u0165 \u0161tudentov, tak\u00fdch oblast\u00ed m\u00e1me viacero. Spomeniem jednu z\u00a0nich, BIM (Building Information Modeling), kde zo zahrani\u010dia m\u00e1me inform\u00e1cie o\u00a0\u0161tudijnom programe \u0161pecializovanom na t\u00fato oblas\u0165. Zva\u017eujeme \u010di je toto spr\u00e1vna cesta &#8211; vytvori\u0165 nov\u00fd \u0161tudijn\u00fd program alebo vytvori\u0165 sk\u00f4r tzv. moduly, ktor\u00e9 by mohli by\u0165 navrhnut\u00e9 aj pre in\u00e9 oblasti. V\u00a0praxi by to znamenalo, \u017ee \u0161tudenti by si mohli z\u00a0r\u00f4znych \u0161tudijn\u00fdch programov popri z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch povinn\u00fdch predmetoch, ktor\u00e9 musia absolvova\u0165, vybra\u0165 doplnkov\u00e9 moduly, \u010d\u00edm by si roz\u0161irovali svoje vedomosti. A\u00a0mohol by to by\u0165 napr. modul na FM, BIM, preh\u013abenie vedomost\u00ed z\u00a0pr\u00e1va,&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/safm.sk\/portal\/facility-management\/index-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8246\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8246\" src=\"https:\/\/safm.sk\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/index.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"312\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/safm.sk\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/index.png 312w, https:\/\/safm.sk\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/index-300x156.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 312px) 100vw, 312px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-1d52be\" data-id=\"1d52be\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-280ff8c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"280ff8c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p><strong>\u010ci\u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00fd \u0161tudijn\u00fd program by bol doplnen\u00fd o\u00a0volite\u013en\u00e9 moduly, ktor\u00e9 by boli \u0161pecifick\u00e9 pre nov\u00e9 oblasti ako je napr. facility management. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u0160tudentom by sme pon\u00fakli mo\u017enos\u0165, aby mohli na tradi\u010dnom \u0161tudijnom programe so z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi predmetmi z\u00edska\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00fd po\u010det kreditov. Na to, aby skon\u010dili \u0161t\u00fadium, musia si doplni\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie kredity formou povinne volite\u013en\u00fdch predmetov s\u00fastreden\u00fdch do modulov. M\u00f4\u017eu sa zamera\u0165 na BIM, FM, ale nebr\u00e1nime sa vzniku \u010fal\u0161\u00edch nov\u00fdch modulov, \u010d\u00edm sa roz\u0161\u00edri mo\u017enos\u0165 vzdelania ale i\u00a0uplatnenia sa v praxi. I\u0161lo by o\u00a0s\u00fabor predmetov, ktor\u00fdch po\u010det by z\u00e1visel od konkr\u00e9tneho \u0161tudijn\u00e9ho programu, preto\u017ee niektor\u00e9 z\u00a0t\u00fdchto predmetov u\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 \u0161tudent zahrnut\u00e9 vo\u00a0svojom \u0161tudijnom pl\u00e1ne. Vytvor\u00ed sa tak \u0161t\u00fadium doplnen\u00e9 modulmi z\u00a0r\u00f4znych oblast\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 komplexne pripravia \u0161tudentov na ich \u010fal\u0161ie p\u00f4sobenie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAFM je odborn\u00e1 asoci\u00e1cia, ktor\u00e1 na trhu p\u00f4sob\u00ed u\u017e 12 rokov a\u00a0zastupuje pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 ale i\u00a0fyzick\u00e9 osoby pr\u00e1ve z\u00a0oblasti FM. Vieme pom\u00f4c\u0165, popr\u00edpade podie\u013ea\u0165 sa na spolupr\u00e1ci pri vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed \u0161tudentov?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00c1no, pr\u00e1ve tu vznik\u00e1 priestor napr. pre spolupr\u00e1cu s\u00a0asoci\u00e1ciami, ako je SAFM, ktor\u00e1 by mohla vystupova\u0165 ako odborn\u00fd garant a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne napr. vyhotovi\u0165 vhodnou formou potvrdenie &#8211; certifik\u00e1t \u0161tudentom, \u017ee s\u00fa pripraven\u00ed na tak\u00fato profesiu. Samozrejme za predpokladu, \u017ee bud\u00fa ma\u0165 absolvovan\u00fd potrebn\u00fd stupe\u0148 vedomost\u00ed, popr\u00edpade zlo\u017een\u00fa sk\u00fa\u0161ku o\u00a0dosiahnutom vzdelan\u00ed v\u00a0tejto oblasti. Toto na \u0161tudentov celkom polat\u00ed, preto\u017ee dostan\u00fa potvrdenie ktor\u00e9 pre nich predstavuje mo\u017enos\u0165 \u0161ir\u0161ieho uplatnenia, ktor\u00fdm sa vedia preuk\u00e1za\u0165. Niektor\u00ed \u0161tudenti pri ukon\u010den\u00ed e\u0161te nemaj\u00fa presne premyslen\u00e9, akej profesii sa bud\u00fa venova\u0165, ale bud\u00fa ma\u0165 istotu, \u017ee mo\u017enost\u00ed uplatnenia maj\u00fa viacej.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ko\u013eko absolventov ro\u010dne ukon\u010d\u00ed \u0161t\u00fadium na STU v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch \u0161pecializ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">To je r\u00f4zne. \u00daplne najslab\u0161ie \u0161tudijn\u00e9 programy m\u00e1me v po\u010dte do 10 absolventov. Av\u0161ak tu mus\u00edm poveda\u0165 \u017ee aj pri t\u00fdchto \u0161tudijn\u00fdch programov n\u00e1m zamestn\u00e1vatelia hovoria o\u00a0ich kritickom nedostatku. Potom si firmy za\u00fa\u010daj\u00fa absolventov in\u00fdch \u0161tudijn\u00fdch programov, nie z\u00a0t\u00fdch, ktor\u00e9 by potrebovali. V najsilnej\u0161\u00edch \u0161tudijn\u00fdch programoch n\u00e1m kon\u010d\u00ed okolo 60 absolventov a pribli\u017ene 300 absolventov m\u00e1me ro\u010dne zo\u00a0v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u0161tudijn\u00fdch programv. Ale treba poveda\u0165 \u017ee \u010das\u0165 z\u00a0nich nesk\u00f4r n\u00e1jdeme na in\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch poz\u00edci\u00e1ch kde by boli vhodnej\u0161\u00ed absolventi in\u00e9ho \u0161tudijn\u00e9ho programu, preto\u017ee dostali lukrat\u00edvnu ponuku. Tu sa presne ukazuje, \u017ee \u0161ir\u0161ie spektrum vedomost\u00ed je pre absolventa v\u00fdhodou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ke\u010f ste vraveli \u017ee je m\u00e1lo \u0161tudentov, \u010do je d\u00f4vodom?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Prv\u00fd probl\u00e9m je demografick\u00e1 krivka, ktor\u00e1 kles\u00e1. Pod\u013ea predpokladan\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja sa dan\u00e1 krivka o\u00a02-3 roky zdvihne ale iba minim\u00e1lne a\u00a0k\u00a0po\u010dtu maturantov, ak\u00fd sme mali pred 12-15 rokmi, sa u\u017e nevr\u00e1time. \u00a0Druh\u00fd probl\u00e9m je mno\u017estvo univerz\u00edt na Slovensku. Niektor\u00ed dobr\u00ed \u0161tudenti n\u00e1m taktie\u017e utekaj\u00fa do zahrani\u010dia. Firmy s\u00fa tie, ktor\u00e9 poskytuj\u00fa mzdy zamestnancom, \u010di\u017ee oni musia preuk\u00e1za\u0165 \u017ee ich potrebuj\u00fa,\u00a0pon\u00fakaj\u00fa zauj\u00edmav\u00fa pr\u00e1cu a\u00a0t\u00e1 je i\u00a0zauj\u00edmavo platen\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00a0potom pr\u00edde \u0161kola so svoj\u00edm \u0161tudijn\u00fdm programom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Do tohto\u00a0 procesu pr\u00eddeme my s\u00a0n\u00e1borom, \u017ee pr\u00e1ve na\u0161e \u0161t\u00fadium je pre \u0161tudentov zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 a\u00a0vieme ich komplexne pripravi\u0165 na profesie po\u017eadovan\u00e9 firmami. Niekedy za\u010d\u00edname u\u017e od Z\u0160, \u010dastej\u0161ie p\u00f4sob\u00edme na stredn\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, rob\u00edme letn\u00e9 \u0161koly kde sa sna\u017e\u00edme uk\u00e1za\u0165 \u017ee existuje aj nejak\u00e9 stavebn\u00edctvo a\u00a0\u017ee tablet,\u00a0elektroniz\u00e1cia, automatiz\u00e1cia alebo vizualiz\u00e1cia sa vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa aj tu. Ale t\u00fdch oblast\u00ed pre lep\u0161iu propag\u00e1ciu je viacero, ako napr. nastavenie spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho marketingu s\u00a0praxou, podpora n\u00e1boru a\u00a0\u0161t\u00fadia alebo spolupr\u00e1ca pri v\u00fdu\u010dbe predmetov, ktor\u00e9 pon\u00fakame. Pri s\u00fa\u010dinnosti s\u00a0odborn\u00edkmi by sme vedeli u\u017e do opisu \u0161tudijn\u00e9ho programu uvies\u0165 autoritu, ktor\u00e1 by sa vyjadrila k\u00a0dan\u00e9mu \u0161tudijn\u00e9mu programu. Teda vyjadrenie napr. od v\u00e1s \u017ee po absolvovan\u00ed tak\u00e9hoto programu je mo\u017enos\u0165 aj profesijnej orient\u00e1cie ako facility mana\u017e\u00e9r.
